Residential Careers

MHS employs more than 250 houseparent couples who live on campus full time and care for a small group of students over several years, supporting them as they grow up. The houseparent role gives married couples the opportunity to provide a consistent, family-like structure students can rely on. Individuals can become Residential Living Assistants (RLAs) for our high school seniors in transitional living apartments. All residential positions include housing, utilities, meals while on duty, benefits, and a competitive salary.
