Technology on Campus
MHS integrates technology into its academic curriculum. With more than 2,700 computers and 800 iPads on campus, MHS supports a one-to-one environment. This means every student has access to an electronic device. Our students learn how to use these tools safely and appropriately.
Resources to Expand Learning
Technology is an integral part of the MHS student experience. It is a current focus of the school, as stated in our 2020 Vision Strategic Plan. Students of all ages have access daily to state-of-the-art resources. They can be found in classrooms, labs, libraries, and student homes. The school’s IT staff ensures everyone is using the most recent tools and software.

Digital Citizenship and Online Safety
MHS provides ongoing digital education for its staff. This includes teachers, houseparents, and parents/sponsors. We also teach digital citizenship in each division, focusing on social media awareness, general online safety, and mindfulness of your digital footprint.
By teaching our staff online safety best practices, they share this knowledge with students. By working to build strong character within our students, they make better choices in the digital world.

Differentiated Instruction Through Technology
Students learn in different ways. Technology supports diverse instruction in the classroom. It has allowed us to create a student-centered learning environment.
